2012 International Ice Hockey Federation World Women's Championship


  On Wednesday USA Hockey announced that the University of Vermont will host the 2012 International Ice Hockey Federation World Women's Championship next April.  



  A packed house came out for the announcement at the Waterman Building on the Vermont Campus.  Gutterson Fieldhouse will be the main venue for the tournament as well as the medal rounds.  Cairns Arena in South Burlington will also host some games during the seven days of play.
